These classes are intended for the beginner who wants to learn
the process of encaustic painting and is also suitable for
those wishing to expand their basic experience with the medium.
Heating elements are provided.
An assortment of encaustic materials are also available for class use.
Drawing and Beyond
Develop your drawing skills as we explore a new subject and idea each week.
An assortment of drawing mediums, materials and surfaces are used in this class.
Instruction geared to student’s ability and interest.
Wednesdays, 10 AM - 12:30 PM (Beach Studios*)
Intro to Drawing
Learn to draw in a non-threatening atmosphere.
This is a class for both beginners and those with some drawing experience
to explore line, shape and form. You will learn about proportion, perspective and value.
Students will develop the necessary knowledge to successfully
draw from observation. Instruction is personalized and geared to each student's abilities.
All class sizes are limited.
*A four week commitment is required for all Beach Studio classes.
